Sorry to hear that. The only other things that occur to me are:
- There is a 3rd party app e.g. Gboard installed which might be 'forcing' the font. If so could you check settings in such an app? And yes Gboard does exist now for iOS.
- Another app such as a visual theme or something else has installed the font as the default.
If these do not lead to anything I suggest you raise a ticket with Support as we will probably have exhausted options here!

I tried that but no joy I am afraid. The email from the mail app sent and the font was Arial but the same test from the maas mail app sent the email in Times New Roman
I had a look on the Maas itself to see if it was a setting in the policy but I couldn't see anything that stood out

Just as a test, could you modify the setting in the iOS Mail client and see whether this has an impact?

Thanks for the reply on this. I can see the option to change the size of the font alright but there no option to change the font itself.
I did check in Settings - General - Fonts but there is no additional fonts installed so I am not sure where it is setting the default as Times New Roman.
In the iPhone mail app it is possible to change the font so perhaps it is controlled on by within each app.

The settings on iOS devices within the MaaS360 Container can be found on the following page:

While font size can be controlled, I'm not seeing a setting for the specific font of choice.
However generally speaking the Times New Roman font is probably not the default so am wondering if there are device-specific settings.
Could you check in the iPhone settings as to whether it has additional fonts installed? You can find this in iOS Settings > General > Fonts.
If removing please restart device.
