I'm not sure if you are still having this issue, but perhaps the certificate isn't valid.

I have exactly followed the steps mentioned in the below link however we are observing this error. I have check the network connectivity and it is fine. port 443 is open from all the worker, master machines.

We have recently upgraded the version of CP4S to 1.7.2 from v1.7.1 to get the new feature of inbound email connection.
