    At the 9 July 2020 ISIM Open Mic, experts from Technical Support will prepare Identity Manager users to apply fix packs.

    Though applying FixPacks to ISIM 7.0 might appear straightforward, there are tips and tricks that ensure a safe, successful upgrade. This presentation will cover the entire upgrade process from pre-upgrade steps, to the upgrade, and then to the post-upgrade tests. Also, the session will show how to handle unsuccessful FixPack installs, including restoring backups and troubleshooting.
