Did you restart the IGI application after uploading the changes? I assume you did. I went back and looked at a customization I did a couple of years ago for 5.2.4 and it looked like I may have had the same problem. I worked around the issue by embedding my test for product and version in the background PNG file. Although, I would have expected the footer color to work. If it helps, below is my loginPageCustomization.properties file.

PS. IGI 5.2.4 is very out of date. If you can, you should consider upgrading to the latest version of IGI (now named Security Verify Governance), SVG 10.0.0.3.

Yes indeed I'm actually following the IBM Documentation you just provided me, but the issue is still there: Customizing the login and logout pages.

I myself is not fluent in IGI - but I got this advice from a colleague :
Assuming the customization is being done for openID login page and following the info available on link
if updates are not showing up then try opening the page in private/incognito window of browser.

Just a question that is not really essential.
I'm customizing the login and logout pages for IGI ver. 5.2.4 (i.e. modifying the file loginPageCustomization.properties). I didn't find any issue changing logo (productLogo=) and background (backgroundImage=), while even if i modify the "productName=test", "productVersion=test" and "footerColor=#4178BE" these don't change. They remain the same even if I reset cache of the browser.
Is there any trick or maybe they can not really changed?
