    Hello,

    Im getting this error in a popup window when I want to scalate the offense with "Escalate to Resilient" button. The problem can be resolved by restarting the API from Qradar. But it comes again…. Any solution?

    The following client exception occurred while handling the server response:
    {0}
    TypeError: dijit.byId(...) is undefined

    Thank you.

    Hi Aitor,

    Our developers have been working with QRadar teams on this. It seems that this problem originated with 7.3.2 patch 5 or later. Please raise a case with Resilient support at www.ibm.com/mysupport so that our support team can ask you for the right information from you and keep you apprised with updates on the development effort.

    Hello Aitor,

    Thank you for posting on the Resilient Community! I am a member of the Resilient Integrations team and wanted to inform your that the team is aware of this issue exclusive to QRadar version v7.3.2 Patch 5. We have existing tickets open for this and are working diligently with the QRadar security team on a fix. We currently have some testing internally to complete, but for now my best advice would be to keep a close eye on this post to receive new details involving release dates.

    Best Regards,

    I'm experiencing this same issue. As an MSSP it is going to be a massive issue if we have to patch our entire QR infrastructure to fix this problem. Really need an update from this soon.
