    Hi Sean,

    After 8 days (said that they have sent logs to developers) they replied to case and address to an old line of code that isnt related to main problem. Seems that related supprot engineer refuses to read the case. I'm so sorry for such a great platform.

    Please provide a solution as support couldn't solve the development problems.
