    Hi All,

    Can I know is there a possible way on how to add task through workflow to an incident without using rules and user tasks?

    It would help to understand the use case a bit more. But the only way to programatically add a custom task is by using a script with incident.addTask(). Scripts can be run by Rules or inside a Workflow started by a Rule.
