I understood that the
display format of date and time in IBM SOAR (using v41.2 now) depends on the end user's browser settings.
However, since we are now using MS Edge as a browser, I tried setting these in Edge (via Settings" --> "Manage Account" ==> "MyAccount" (O365) --> "Settings & Privacy" --> Region.
Closing Browser, clearing cache, .... nothing seems to help in changing the display format.
I also tried changing the "Internet Explorer" settings locally (as sometimes Edge still uses some of these) but to no avail.
How could we change the display format (regional date and time format) for a single user in IBM SOAR ? (on prem)
