If you've checked out our v35 release notes, you'll see that we've upgraded the Resilient UI to Carbon 10 (https://www.carbondesignsystem.com/).  With this launch, we're including a beta version of additional color themes, which includes a Dark mode and Very Dark mode.  Changing of themes is supported on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

To switch between the different themes perform the following keystrokes.

On Mac
Command+Option+Shift+V - Very Dark
Command+Option+Shift+D - Dark
Command+Option+Shift+L - Light
Command+Option+Shift+A - Almost Light

On Windows
Control+Alt+Shift+V - Very Dark
Control+Alt+Shift+D - Dark
Control+Alt+Shift+L - Light
Control+Alt+Shift+A - Almost Light

OR

On Windows

With this beta there are a few details that are not supported:

• Dark theme is not currently supported in Firefox

We just upgraded to v35 and I'm not able to change the theme. I've tried with both Chrome and FireFox, as well as trying to clear the cache in both. Not a big deal just wanted to let you know

I've noticed a couple of GUI bugs since upgrading. Just want to make sure they're known about.

1). The pre/post process script editor windows don't grow past ~15 lines

2). When there is only one row in a data table and I click the three dots to show the menu-item rules, the menu is displayed out of view and I can't see the options.

3). When making changes using dark mode the font will sometimes stay white when switching back to light mode. For example we had some tasks we made with instructions while using dark mode. When we switch back to light mode the instructions in the task are still white text with a white background.

We just upgraded this morning, looks like #3 is fixed for us as well. Hard to say for certain though, we weren't sure how to replicate the issue. We'll keep testing out and let you know if we see anything else

Thanks for the update. I might have confused your issue with another problem where the explicit highlighting doesn't change, when you change themes. We are trying to change that behavior.

Issue #2 is fixed in v35.0.5​​​​​470 or v35.1.75 that you can download from the Customer Success Hub
Issue #3 ​is under investigation. It is currently a limitation.

1). The pre/post process script editor windows don't grow past ~15 lines

2). When there is only one row in a data table and I click the three dots to show the menu-item rules, the menu is displayed out of view and I can't see the options.

3). When making changes using dark mode the font will sometimes stay white when switching back to light mode. For example we had some tasks we made with instructions while using dark mode. When we switch back to light mode the instructions in the task are still white text with a white background.

If you've checked out our v35 release notes, you'll see that we've upgraded the Resilient UI to Carbon 10 (https://www.carbondesignsystem.com/).  With this launch, we're including a beta version of additional color themes, which includes a Dark mode and Very Dark mode.  Changing of themes is supported on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

To switch between the different themes perform the following keystrokes.

On Mac
Command+Option+Shift+V - Very Dark
Command+Option+Shift+D - Dark
Command+Option+Shift+L - Light
Command+Option+Shift+A - Almost Light

On Windows
Control+Alt+Shift+V - Very Dark

Control+Alt+Shift+A - Almost Light

OR

With this beta there are a few details that are not supported:

• Dark theme is not currently supported in Firefox
• Changing of themes is not supported for IE
• Changing the theme only applies to the current session.  Each new session will default to Light theme.  We'll support toggling a persistent setting in an upcoming release.
