    Posted Tue July 09, 2019 11:56 AM
We've made several updates to help you improve your customers' Rapport experience:

    • Install + Splash. A new install process enables end-users to install Rapport in just a few clicks for the same protection against financial malware, phishing & other cyber-attacks. A new splash window and explanatory support and marketing videos are available to help you roll this out to end users and help grow your Rapport adoption.
    • Safari, we've got you covered. Rapport's web extension architecture now includes Safari, rounding out Rapport support for the leading web browsers. Check out the how-to video (click on the Videos section, search: Safari).

Thanks Val for this great update!

We're hearing great things from customers who have already launched campaigns using the new install (world-wide).

Some have even branded the splash and video clips we provide,

    Some translated them!!!

We are here to support any customer who wishes to optimize their adoption rate
If you are trying to deliver the best user experience, Rapport has just given you one more way to do that.

    Hello guys,

Let me share some experiences I had with the new Rapport quickclick process and splash in the recent past.

My customers like the design and layout of the new splash. One of my customers preferred to not use it in their application but, instead, decided to embed it in an email they are sending their end users as part of the remediation process.

And the new Rapport install is a great opportunity for customers to call upon their end users to take action -- to encourage them to get protection in a cool and much easier way than before.

Let me tell you why I think quickclick is a great advantage for us (IBM customer success managers) also. It gives us an opportunity to share with our customers that we are continuously improving our services, making them better every day. And we can also emphasise that as we improve the install process we are making the end user's experience much easier, so making Rapport more desirable to their end users. This can cause usage increase. So, good results and benefits: our customers will be more satisfied because their end users will be less stressed as they will not get stuck during installation, and the licenses our customers pay will be more in use.
