  • 1.  Device unable to connect MDM Server

    Hello,

    I have added the Samsung mobile device to the Maas 360, after  certain time it is unable to communicate to the server. Mobile device does not create buzz sound or update any mobile data. I already removed the device from the MDM server but the device is still in control of Maas 360.
    What is the another way to remove the device form the control.

    Hi Bipin,

    This is a pretty unique  sounding issue (the devices ceasing to report back to our services).  To really give it the attention it needs, we'd need to gather some sensitive information that we can't do in this public forum.  Would you mind contacting our support team and opening a ticket - ibm.com/mysupport and search for MaaS360.
