Hi Andy,
When using expense plans, you can also trigger certain actions when the data limit is reached on a device :
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8H2S/com.ibm.mc.doc/pag_source/concepts/pag_expense_mgmt_overview.htm
You manage the actions that trigger when the data limit is reached through a compliance rule : Security > Compliance rules - "Expense monitoring" is the section to work with.
Once you have the plan configured and the actions to trigger when the limit exceeds, you can apply it to your devices either individually or apply it to device groups. "Change plan" is the option for doing this to devices or groups.
I hope that helps.
Best regards,

Subject: Mobile Data Limit
Hi David,
I currently go into the settings on each mobile phone and set the data cap/warning.
As far as I understand the expense plan doesn't actually block data use when the users exceeds their data cap? Unless I am missing something?
Kind Regards
Andy

Hi Andy,
What way are you doing this currently?
Not sure if this is what you are using already, but I'd suggest to try using expense plans :

Subject: Mobile Data Limit
Hi,
Is it possible to set a mobile data limit using Android Enterprise on a Company owned device please?
Currently I have to do this on each mobile that we deploy.
Thanks
Andy
