Android devices enrolled in Android Enterprise can only have ActiveSync settings pushed via the portal, but it's not possible to do the same with IMAP, however, you can blakclist/whitelist account types, so they can manually enter the IMAP info, and the policy will alert you of non-compliant devices that have other account types.
I'm unaware of too many enterprise related mail containers that support IMAP, iOS only offering it on the native experience, but even that has no real data-loss controls.

Hello,
The secure mail client only supports the ActiveSync protocol (and some third party variants/plugins) for syncing mail/calendars/contacts. There are some scenarios in which we can push POP/IMAP as well as CalDAV and CardDAV settings to the native mail client, but it's not available on all operating systems.

Hello,
Is secure mail compatible with an IMAP server with CalDAV and CarDAV?
