My customer will be transferring their phone services to a different network operator during the upcoming holidays. Phone numbers will be retained, but I do not know if the SIM cards will have to be replaced.
Do you know what implications this will have, if any, given that their Samsung and iPhone phones are enrolled in MaaS360 with Android Work Profile and iPhone Device Enrollment respectively?
Must any actions be performed on the devices or in the MaaS360 portal?
