Can you check ABM and see if it is still processing? Was the order for more than 5000 licenses? If so, Apple processes < 5K immediately but defers any order over 5K and it will generally be satisfied overnight. Apple also limits the number of purchases to 25K per week per app (unless you open a ticket with them to request an increase). Since you stated that you haven't received an email yet from Apple, that leads me to think that Apple has not yet fulfilled the order -- but you should be able check that in ABM.
Second, is this a
new app that wasn't already in MaaS360 App Catalog, or is it an existing app that you are just adding more licenses too? If it is a new app, ensure that the VPP token was setup in MaaS360 to automatically add apps to the App Catalog -- or you'll have to manually add it yourself and the tokens will be added when processed. If this is your specific use case, you can update the VPP token to automatically process new app additions.

Is anyone noticing over the last week, that VPP apps purchased in a corporate Apple Business/school manager portal, are taking forever to arrive in MaaS, even after syncing the token in MaaS?
I added an app at 2:00 pm today and as of 9:16pm, I do not see the apps in the Customer's MaaS installation nor have I received the confirmation email from Apple.
