I have been testing on iOS 13 beta's and now running Beta4. I have several email account (Yahoo,Live,Outlook,  POP account) and my Exchange account I push out Exchange via Policy. After the Beta install I noticed I now cannot use any of the email accounts except for the Exchange account. I get error saying it cannot connect to all the other accounts.

I removed my Yahoo account to reinstall and test. I can't install it after removal because it will hang and timeout. Then go back to the main home screen to add an account.

I did a "Selective Wipe" on my device and it will work. I can even add the Yahoo account back just fine. Revoke the Selective Wipe and it all comes back.

Anyone else see this on theirs if you are running the Beta?

Hi Kevin - I've seen chatter around issues with consumer mail accounts configuration on iOS 13 since BETA 1 dropped.  I would make sure that you leverage Apples feedback channels to ensure they receive this info (I've seen forum posts, but not sure if anyone has actually given Apple logs or anything).  We continue to test all things iOS 13, so let us know if that Exchange account configured via MaaS360 experiences any issues as well, and we can try to reproduce.

I would rule it as APPLE, except for the fact that when I remove MAAS360 profile it woks fine. I would think it to be more with the Maas360, DEP and Policy problems. Also, the fact I run the same thing on my iPad that is NOT DEP and managed and it is all fine.

Does it happen if you apply an MDM policy with no restrictions enabled?  Do you have the ability to test with a management profile from Apple configurator installed to narrow it down to something either profile related in general or maybe just with MaaS360?

This issue still exists on public iOS 13. Push doesn't work on any account but the Exchange account controlled by MDM, including other Exchange accounts and other accounts that support push. And iOS native mail app doesn't refresh email in the background, instead it now only refreshes when I open the mail app.  Removing MaaS360 and everything works as it should without changing any settings.

I agree.. the issue is still not resolved! I am very frustrated with the fact that several bugs still exist. I have APPS weekly that will get taken over by Maas360 (AKA MANAGED) and I have all setting in the portal OFF to not overtake that permission. So, I stopped/deleted the distribution rule to "distribute the APPS" and they will still take over management and then when they do It will block "cellular data" to these APPS. This has been an ongoing issue since 2016 and I have never gotten resolution.

The resolution is do not install the apps that get blocked, or just delete the APPS weekly and reinstall out of native APP store, then next Saturday night I have to go into the portal and remove the managed APP again then reinstall from native APP store again...

I can go on and on.... But, at some point I get tired of playing this record that keeps skipping and repeating the same ole story...

What's the problem to use IOS 13 and Mass360? This problem creates a security issue on my iPhone how to solve this issue and I also checked the Beta version but the Beta version not available for my iPhone.Mass360 provided by IBM and its Software As A Service (saas), and its secure email contacts, etc, But I have a question does Mass360 support iCloud service I am using iCloud service for my business purpose and I want security on my iCloud service because I had faced some security problems on my iCloud like- icloud verification failed, I want solved this issue as soon as possible.

    Hi Mark,
What is the security issue are you facing on your iPhone on iOS 13?

iCloud is an Apple service - while there are certain MDM features that can restrict or limit iCloud features (none of which MaaS360 enables by default), the service itself does not provide any direct MDM integration.  This means MaaS360 doesn't handle any iCloud credentials nor can we add or strip away individual iCloud security features - this is all 100% handled by Apple services.
