Just for clarification:
- MaaS360 does not control updates for iOS, these are pushed directly by Apple to devices
- Unlike Android, the only hardware manufacturer is Apple for iOS devices, and they don't let network operators get involved
- So the only people who choose the OS upgrades to go to iOS devices are Apple themselves
As a result if the models are not seeing updates to iOS 15, the probability is that they are older models that Apple have decided not to update.

Here, you will see the models which can receive iOS 15.

Hi,
We have some iphones showing as missing update 14.8 but, when I look into the device page, under Hardware & OS it shows that the OS version is 14.7.1 and the available updates are either 15.0 or Not available. Some of these people are saying they are not showing any updates available. So, my question is why are they showing up as not having the update when it's not available to them.
Apologies if I'm leaving some information out or if I don't understand Maas.
