Time frame for new app version in APP Store to be reflected in the MaaS360 app catalogue

I have a partner who requires auto update on their app to be disabled.  When they deliver an update to the app in the App Store, each customer requiring the update on the devices is handled one at a time.

After refreshing the VPP token for each given customer, the new app version is NOT changing in the catalogue in the dashboard. The only way to get this to change is to remove the app from the catalogue in the dashboard and then add it back and reset distribution.

What is the SLA time frame that MaaS will actually reflect the new version without doing what I describe above?

    Thanks,

MaaS360 automatically checks for updates once a week.  Clients can manually refresh in the app view in the portal, they shouldn't have to remove apps to get the update.  Once the refresh icon is selected they may have to wait ~2 hours for the update to be reflected and permeate down to devices.  The VPP token check only refreshes the app licenses, it doesn't have much impact on the apps themselves.
