We have previously enrolled iPhones with no issue for one of our customers with portal id: 30082854. Their APN is current. We have enabled enrollments for iPhone, iPad, iPod, Android and windows in "Settings". All users are local users with local enrollment.
However today when we attempted to do a local user enrollment for an iPhone 11 running o/s 13 we had issues. We sent the enrollment URL via text, the user clicked the enrollment URL, and saw this message:
"According to your Corporate policy, only the following Device Types can enroll and access Corporate resources: iPhone,iPad,iPod,Android,Windows Phone.
Contact your Help Desk for more information."
If it helps when I look at "enrollments" in Maas and then the drop down "other enrollments" the only items I see are Apple Configurator, Knox Mobile Enrollments, Bulk Add, Windows OOBE and CMT co-existence. It almost appears some items are missing!
