Hi Matt,
So yesterday I enrolled some Samsung devices and left the PIN code blank as I have always done, all the apps came down and worked with no issues.
We instruct the end users that MaaS will prompt for a PIN code setup as it is out of compliance, this is the first thing they must do.
I'm wondering if it's a device specific thing as the devices that had this issue were LG?

Could be a behavior change with 11 that I just haven't come across yet. I'll ask our dev team.

I've enrolled what seems like a million devices for clients. Although I configure a pass code in the policy I have never set one up, instead I leave it for the end user to do. In all these enrolments the apps come down and work fine but now, if the pass code isn't set, the apps appear greyed out and I get the error message I reported. When I set a code, it all works OK. I've never had to do this before. Hi Matt,
It's all of the apps in the catalogue, they were all added from the play store.
We have associated an email address to authorise the apps.
It's been fine up until now, no changes have been made to policies.
I can't figure it out.

Hi Bryn,
Are you noticing this across all apps or only certain apps (or maybe even just a new app)? Is the source for all these apps the Play store?

Subject: Apps issue
Hi all,
Have an issue which has appeared last couple weeks.
Enterprise enrollments in DO mode, apps being pushed silently, everything has been sweet.
But now, apps not getting pushed so have to pull down from catalog.
When I try to open an app I'm met with '
Action not allowed. This action is disabled' message.
Not made any changes to the portal and it's causing me problems with clients.
Anyone had this and now how to resolve please?
