  • 1.  Windows 10 Pro Devices Appear as Pending for Weeks after Enrollment

    A month ago, there was a widespread issue that affected Windows 10 Pro enrollments. The most obvious symptom was that the MaaS app never installed on the computer. I've been seeing this issue since July for a dozen computers and I continue to see the problem today. I've had a support incident open for nearly 90 days. Has anyone else experienced this issue with Windows 10 Pro enrollments?

    The support team will initiate a call with the engineering team for further investigation of the issue.

    MaaS360 management on Windows 10 is not dependent on an application.  Can you give me a little more detail about what you are experiencing?  If this would require sharing sensitive information, please feel free to reach out to me via email.

    I never said that it was dependent on an application. I've had a case open for over 90 days. I will forward th​e details of that case, privately.
