  • 1.  Setup - Appl ID with ASPN certificate & Android Setup

    Hello Team,

    I am completely new on MaaS360 . I am trying to set up my compnay Apple & Android phones but i am not quite sure on how to find below in Apple & Android phones. Is their any one can help me ?

    1. Setup Apple Enrollment
       - Company Apple Id
       - Apple Push Notification Service (ASPN) certificates

    2. Setup Android Enterprise
         - Managed Google play Account
         - Domain name and EMM token

    Hi Piyush,

    The corporate Apple ID is any Apple ID you set up that can be shared.  If one doesn't already exist, you may create a new one at appleid.apple.com.  Instructions on creating the APNS cert can be found here: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8H2S/com.ibm.mc.doc/pag_source/tasks/pag_getstart_renew_apns_cert.htm

    Are you leveraging a G Suite account for Android Enterprise integration?

    Additionally - if you log in to your MaaS360 portal and click the '?' icon on the top right, expand the menu with guided walkthroughs there is an iOS/Android Setup that will provide on-screen click-through instructions for both

    For the Apple ID and APNS, please note what Matt stated about creating an Apple ID that is a corporate email address that can be shared for your admin team.  Once you set that Apple ID up and use it for the APNS, that is the same ID that you will usually annually to renew the APNS cert so you do not want it tied to you or an individual account on your admin team.
