  • 1.  unable to delete an old security policy

    I have a customer with a number of old security policies which no longer have any device or user group assignments.  One of these policies does not provide the ability to delete it in the drop down "more". 

    Any ideas?

    Hi Mitch
    Just catching up on older posts and seeing this, apologies for delay. 
    It's most likely the device policy is still assigned to individual devices or users. 
    Can you verify this using Advanced Search?

    Working on removing users.  Will let you know if this solves the problem.
