  • 1.  Deleting Previous Versions of Documents

    Does anyone know how to delete previous versions of documents that were uploaded to the Docs library?  We have several files we update regularly and the old versions are eating up space, and I would like to clear all but the most recent document that was uploaded.

    Hi Ben,

    You might want to take a look at the Deep dive in to MaaS360 App and Doc management video in the Security Learning Academy. Jump to the Docs and the Content Library bookmark (about the 48:35 time stamp). I think this content might answer your question.
