Hi Mohan
Some of the Windows 10 enrollments don't support the Home flavour.
Can you ask them if they have an Enterprise version to see if this is working?
If specific to Home only and they wish to, they can raise a Support ticket but it is likely to be because of this.

One of my customer is trying to enroll Windows 10 Laptop into MaaS360 first time but it ends up with a following error("We can't connect to the service you need right now check your network connection or try again this later") but the same device can able to enroll in our portal, and Laptop Management service is enabled properly in the customer portal.
If anyone faced this issue previously, please help me .
