Thanks Mitch - that clears that up.
Do you know how the APK was obtained? If it was direct from the developer/owner or something that was 'ripped' from the Play store? The latter is a term of Play store terms and conditions, and is not officially supported by MaaS360. There are scenarios where this has worked for clients, but there are also scenarios where this has caused issues.
If you can get a copy of the APK to our support teams, we can try to debug in our own environments as well.
