  • 1.  Gateway Timeout

    I cannot add any devices to the MDM today.  I actually had to remove a few phones just so people can get back to work.  Has anyone else been experiencing this today?

    Gateway Timeout
    The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

    I have not made any changes on our end.  I just cannot authenticate any devices anymore.​

    This has now changed to Unexpected Error occurred while authenticating.  Please try again or contact your Administrator.

    Again, I have made no changes on my end and I am still unable to put out any new devices due to not being able to enroll them.

    You may have a licensing issue.  Check with your MSP/DISTRO/IBM

    I'm just back from annual leave and seeing this now. I suggest you contact our Support team to raise a ticket for investigation. 
    Typically this error would suggest a network problem but there is a wider context regarding your portal, potential licence limits and so on that might have an impact.
