    The Windows icon does not appear in my Dashboard only Mac.
    I need to activate Windows management.
    My Dashboard is an ESA contract.

    You should be able to self enable by navigating to Setup-->Services-->Laptop and Desktop Management.  If you are unable to enable in this manner, you will need to contact your account manager to activate.
