  • 1.  Custom APP from ABM not transfering to Maas360

    Hello, 

    We have a custom app created by or records management vendor that is visible and available in the ABM custom apps section. ABM shows that there are available licenses for the app. 
    The custom app has been approved by Apple. 

    The problem is that the custom app does not transfer to the app section of Maas360. 

    The token between ABM and Maas360 was renewed without a problem, we can transfer any of the many other apps from the regular apple app store without a problem.  

    Do we have to manually enter the connection setting in the B2B or enterprise section of Maas360 ? 

    Please Help

    Hi James,

    This support is being added in 10.76 release(mid-December). After that, you will be able to see the custom apps being pulled into MaaS360 portal.

    So for now do we have to manually upload the app or enter the connections settings manually?
