If you ever need to check data centre status you can go to:
https://status.maas360.comPlease verify the status for your data centre, so if you have your MaaS360 Account ID, the first digit is your data centre so an account starting with 1 indicates M1.
If you raise a Support ticket through your IBM Business Partner you can ask them to raise a ticket to us for investigation.

Is anyone else experiencing delays applying policies to devices? Since yesterday it appeared that polices were not applying to devices but it now appears that it is just a long delay. Our support partner mentioned something relating to an issue in a data centre. Has anyone else heard this?
