Notifications Office 365 and Maas360 Not Working

  • 1.  Notifications Office 365 and Maas360 Not Working

    We have a hybrid on-prem / hosted exchange 365 environment. Two Cloud extenders, one for on-prem and one for O365
    Email/Calendar notifications for on prem working properly with iOS and android
    Email/Calendar notifications for O365 NOT working for hosted O365

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Trez,

    I would first make sure that the CE hosting the O365 notifications module is actively reporting successful script executions in the portal (This can be viewed in the details section of the CE view).

    Next just double check that the real time notifications box is enabled in the policy for the O365 devices.

    Beyond that we'd probably need to gather some account specific information - we can't do that via these forums, but you can open a case via ibm.com/mysupport
