We have a situation with an enrollment problem with a single iPhone XS. We have successfully enrolled many other iPhones with no issue. IN this case, the user also has 2FA for his Exchange account. We have attempted several enrollments with no joy. Effectively this device will install MaaS correctly and complete all necessary facets of the actual MaaS enrollment process. The phone will prompt for an Exchange passcode, user enters the info and is prompted for a special 2FA password. Eventually the related email, address book and calendar sync but not completely.
Removing control seems to be the issue as well, After removing control, the Exchange profile remains on the device and we are unable to delete it. The device requires a full DFU uninstall and then a complete re-activation of the device.
