  • 1.  Home Screen Setup does not apply

    I created a policy with a home/Lock screen photo set within the policy. After publishing the policy, the Home/Lock screens do not show the selected photo I added in the policy.

    Melissa, is this for iOS or Android?  Also it's been my experience that after publishing the policy, you might have to do a manual refresh on the device for it to check in and grab the latest policy update.

    This is for iOS. I have rebooted the device and refreshed and the policy still has not taken effect.

    If you are using AppleDEP then be sure you're making the change under the Supervised Settings
    Otherwise, this won't apply to BYOD I believe.

    this feature is only for supervised devices so it's normal that it does not work,
