    Can anyone tell me how to enable automatic call recorder inside Kiosk mode in samsung device.

    Hi mohanraj muthusamy,

    Google has blocked call recorder apps with android, there's a lot of people and software developers complaining about that.

    I guees that it won't work even in samsung devices, unless phones with outdated android versions.

    Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

    I used ACR Call Recorder, Cube Call Recorder ACR , Boldbeast Call Recorder before. you can find it on the web. read this too and be be careful

    Hi Mohan

    You need to do the following:

    1. For the device where the app is installed go to the device on the MaaS360 console and find the Zappa Installed tab
    2.  Locate the AppID for the voice recording app and note it down. Also try to find any helper app that is relevant which might have a similar app name or ID
    3.  Go to the device policy for the device type and modify AppLock or COSU settings
    4.  On the supported apps section put in the AppID you noted and if there was a helper app put this in Background apps section (Android Enterprise only)
    5.  Save and publish your policy changes
    6.  Note the version number of the changed device policy
    7.  On the device refresh it to make sure it gets the updated policy version
    8.  Now test device in Kiosk/COSU/AppLock mode to see if the app is working
