Hoping someone on here might have run into this issue already. Our current Exchange environment is Hybrid (O365/On-Prem EX2016). Our primary email address is different than internal domain. All internal (on-prem) users have their UPN set to the internal domain fqdn. Our O365 users have their UPN set to their primary email address, differnet than the on-prem users.
Here is my query, I deployed the Outlook Mobile application and O365 users can authenticate just fine since it appears to use their UPN, however on-prem users cannot. We have separate policies for O365 and On-Prem.
Is their a way to get this to work without changing the On-Prem user's UPN?
Or is there another way? Can I deploy Outlook App twice?
