    Hi,
    I was trying to install QRadar Community Edition 7.3.1 in a virtual machine and very far in the installation the following error happens.


    Any idea what might be the problem?

    The virtual machine specifications are:
    • OS: CentOS 7.5
    • RAM: 6GB
    • CPU cores: 6
    • Hard Disk: 200 GB

    EDIT: I was trying to install again, with increased virtual machine resources (8GB RAM and 8 CPU cores), and I found out that before the problem another error occurs

    NMI watchdog is a linux kernel process. This is outside of qradar code. depending on the hardware there could be different reasons. General google search for the error and hardware type might point you in the right direction

    I have installed QRadar CE 7.3.1 for clearing my APSkills Security Intelligence Engineer Exam and now I have secured the <g class="gr_ gr_27 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace" id="27" data-gr-id="27">Mastery .</g> The configuration given here properly worked for me. Perhaps you must try installing again. You must have to do some configuration setting manipulations during the 'boot' of the CentOS.

    I had posted this question: System Logs redirection to QRadar from Ubuntu 18.04 and tried to work out but not that easy and simple. QRadar is quite a complex software and a vast experience is required.
