    When navigating in the community all the time there is the error:
    Message: undefined Error Code:undefined
    Does anybody know how to fix this?

    Hi Wendy,

    This happens a lot. 

    Another weird issue is that I always get disconnected when I change the group. For example, I try to see the content of the Windows Event Collection group and I get a message:
    Not connected. Verify Network.


    Then I try to log in but nothing happens until I change to Internet Explorer. I Cannot see the content of the group(Windows Event Collection) using both Firefox and Chrome. It only works with Internet Explorer.

    @Martin Schmitt and @Bruno Oliveira, thank you for your comments on the issues you've been facing. The pop-up messages you are receiving are errors that can be closed out of, and should not affect the core functionality of the site. However, these have been pushed to our support team and they are currently looking into the issue.

    The first issue raised has been escalated to put a fix in place as soon as we can. This was thought to have been tied to a bug that was fixed with an update a little over a week ago, but as it seems it is still occurring, we will update you once we have a resolution.

    The second issue regarding the Windows Event Collection group should be fixed, as it was due to an improperly entered URL which has been updated.

    In the future whenever you run into issues such as these, the best course of action is to use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page, as that will create a ticket with our support team directly.
