Disable all rules.

    Hello Community,

    as far as I know there is no possibility to disable all rules at once. Since there are some dependencies, it takes a lot of time to disable them one by one.

    I did it once using 7.3.2. Is it then possible to export the ruleset with the disabled rules and import it on another system using the content management tool, so that we don't have to disable all the rules one by one when setting up a fresh system?
