I have a customer conducting a POC for Guardium (fresh install deployed in dev environment) experiencing a recurring challenge with Quick Search. The customer has filed a support ticket, but I'm curious if anyone has encountered this issue and any remediation steps they used to resolve issues?
From Customer: Quick Search/Investigation Dashboard returns intermittent results, causing having to re-enable_quick_search from CM. Displays data if the Search is set back too, i.e., three weeks, but not for the CURRENT day, although there is data available. Outlier detection is turned on from the aggregator in a 1CM/1Aggr/1Col. Quick Search is not a deliverable for the POC.
I appreciate any guidance or insight you are able to share.
