    Hi All,
    We are trying to configure Guardium to use Service Now for alert tickets.  We have had no luck in any basic configuration for an alert in Guardium.

    I first setup the Service Now connection from within Guardium, using the below instructions:

    Once setup and the connection established with Service Now, I then try to setup my sample alert.  When I do so, I do not have the ability to select a user name in the 'Assign to User' dropdown box, it is blank.

    I then try to find our Service Now group 'SN-Guardium Support' by clicking the dropdown next to the 'Assign to group' section.  This dropdown returns every Active Directory group at our company, and in no order whatsoever.  The listing is so long I cannot easily go through and find the group I need to use.

    I have opened a PMR and it has been in 'IBM is Working' for 63 days.  Has somebody else had the chance to setup Service Now with Guardium yet, since it is so new?
