  • 1.  Password Expiration, Guardium Inernet access Details

    Hi Everyone,

    Please get suggestion for below queries:

    1. How to increase the Password Expiration for Cli Login and GUI login users?
    2. what are ibm sites can Guardium access for internet access?
    3. When we assign new hostname it asks "is it newly cloned appliance". Should we go Yes or NO if we install in VM or physical machine or in cloud?

    Hi Phanendra.

    The password expiration period for user cli is set using the following command line statement:

    store password expiration cli n

    where n is the expiration period in days (Use the value -1 to avoid expiration)

    For the 'is it newly cloned', the should answer yes if it is a Cloud installation .
