Christopher Harshbarger began his career in 2009 working for OPS Consulting, a small government contractor for the DoD. He worked on multiple contracts supporting NSA as a software engineer, developing, testing and maintaining capabilities for mission critical systems. In 2015, Chris transitioned to IBM into the role of i2 technical sales. His primary responsibilities were in pre-sales, working with federal clients to develop, sell and implement big data analytics solutions. During this time Chris has worked with business partners to enhance i2 capabilities and has worked with customers across the military, law enforcement, and numerous federal agencies with the goal of empowering their consumption and analysis of data to make our country and world a safer place.
Matt Pellegrini is part of the U.S. Public and Federal Market Threat Management team, focusing on National Security and Cyber in North America. Matt has over 15 years as a senior analyst with the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community, and deployed twice to Iraq supporting Counterterrorism Operations, and to Afghanistan, as a HUMINT Targeting Officer. Matt also led a Cyber Threat Intelligence team at Citibank prior to joining IBM. Matt is still affiliated with the military as an Army Reservist at Ft. Devens, MA.
Christopher Fritz started his career in 2004 with the US Army, serving a tour in Baghdad, Iraq from 2005 to 2006. In 2011, Chris began working for the US Army serving as a Tactical Operator on a Special Response Team for CBRNE incidents. In 2012, Chris moved to DHS/ICE as an Analyst for Homeland Security Investigations, specializing in electronic surveillance for human trafficking, terrorism and drug smuggling investigations. In 2013, Chris joined Diplomatic Security as a Lead Intelligence Specialist focusing on passport/visa fraud, money laundering, terrorism, and protective intelligence. In 2015, Chris was sought out by the SSA Office of the Inspector General for his analytical expertise.
During his tenure there, he served as a Lead Intelligence Analyst, specializing in employee, disability, and cyber fraud investigations.
In July 2018, Chris joined IBM as a Client Technical Specialist and i2 Subject Matter Expert, supporting the i2 Federal and North America sales team.
