At IBM Security, we value your feedback.


Through periodic surveys and enhancement requests, we are committed towards addressing your concerns and strive to ensure you have a great experience with QRadar. In the coming days, you may receive a survey via email from IBM Client Feedback asking your opinion about your QRadar experience, and we want to hear from you. We take feedback from our clients very seriously as it helps us deliver the features that matter to you.

 

With your feedback, we are making QRadar better

 

In previous surveys, administrators like you have asked  for more support for cloud integrations, flexibility in pricing, and an easier to use QRadar UI.  In response, we released a number of exciting features and additional enhancements are coming up soon:

  • QRadar Data Store was released to provide a more economical way to store non-security logs
  • Increased Support for Cloud Integrations including Google Pub/Sub, Azure AD. A Generic REST API connector is coming soon.
  • We are releasing a new pricing model next month via MVS, based on your server count, with no limitations on EPS. Stay tuned for additional details coming soon.
  • A revamp to the QRadar offense investigation user experience is coming in June
