We have quarterly MaaS360 Deployment Checkpoint Webinars, modeled after a professional service provided by our MaaS360 Expert Labs team.
What Are MaaS360 Deployment Checkpoint Webinars?
Deployment Checkpoint Webinars are targeted at MaaS360 administrators who have already gone through the MaaS360 portal set up process. Often times you get the portal setup during initial deployment and then leave all the initial settings and services as is. But we know that mobile platforms, your organization's mobile maturity, administrator expertise, and MaaS360 itself is constantly evolving.
The Deployment Checkpoint webinars will provide you guided checkpoints to ensure you are taking advantage of the MaaS360 capabilities that can improve your security, productivity, and usability.
The first part of the webinar includes a presentation and demonstrations, followed by an open question and answer period related to the topics presented. Each webinar will be scheduled for 90 minutes, with 50-60 minutes of demo and presentation and rest of the time available for Q&A.
Some topics that will be covered:
- Are you using all your services that you are entitled to?
- Do you have a streamlined enrollment process?
- Are you taking advantage of the end user portal?
- Are you taking advantage of seamless single sign-on and conditional access?
- Are you ready to use modern authentication to access Exchange Online with MaaS360?
- Do your admins have too much access or not enough?
- Are you keeping your portal cleaned up and using the licenses you are entitled to?
- Are you taking advantage of groups?
- Do you know how to clean up your user records?
- Are you using Alerts and Compliance Rules to keep you environment secure?
- Have you started taking advantage of the new User Risk Management features?
- Are you using custom attributes to augment your data and compliance rules?
When Are These MaaS360 Deployment Checkpoint Webinars Happening?
