Your MaaS360 Journey: The resources you need to be successful

Whether you’re new to MaaS360 or you are one of our seasoned customers, it’s always helpful to have a handy list of the most important resources to help you start, ramp up, and expand your unified endpoint management journey with MaaS360.

There are so many ways that we can help you to be successful and one of the best is for you to become familiar with our product documentation, free online training, monthly webinars, support newsletters, and product notifications.

So get started by reviewing and bookmarking the list of resources below! You can get involved by signing up for MaaS360 product notifications, join this community, and help to improve MaaS360 by sharing your opinions and feedback when making a request for enhancement.

Create an IBMid

An IBMid enables unified access to a number of systems at the same time including:
  • Login to IBM MaaS360 portal (administrator console)
  • Access to Support, Training, Documentation etc
  • Access to other IBM Systems 
IBM MaaS360 Client Success Hub

Bookmark our MaaS360 Client Success Hub. Your MaaS360 Client Success team has put together the  information, events, and contacts you need to be successful with MaaS360 all on one easy to access web page. 

IBM Security Product Notifications Subscription

Sign up for IBM My Notifications to get future MaaS360 maintenance and release notifications, incident reporting, and support newsletters.  The notifications can be set up for delivery via email and/or RSS Feed.

MaaS360 New Customer/Admin Workshop
Specifically targeted for new MaaS360 customer administrators, these bimonthly workshops will introduce you to the MaaS360 Client Success team,  get you started managing your MaaS360 service, help define  your endpoint management objectives, navigate self help resources, and show you where to go to get more help. 


MaaS360 Technical Intro Series
Review these 5 modules to get you started with MaaS360. The MaaS360 Client Success team takes you through introductory training with best practices to give you the knowledge you need to determine what you plan to implement in User Management, Device Enrollment, Security, App Management, and Portal Configuration Settings. 

IBM Security Community-MaaS360

Join the IBM Security Community and connect with like-minded people that are passionate about our MaaS360 solutions. Featuring a MaaS360 Resource list, a Discussion Forum, Library, Blog, and Events, the community is your source to connect with your peers and IBM subject matter experts to share best practices, pitfalls to avoid, and to learn from each other.

MaaS360 on Knowledge Center

A key resource for all MaaS360 admins on your team, this is a centralized resource for MaaS360 formal product documentation (e.g., admin guides) that will help you set up and effectively use your portal.

MaaS360 Ongoing Product Education

Release notes, quick reference guides, important notifications (including maintenance schedules), support webinars, and important information in a one-stop-shop, for all clients, of all sizes, across all verticals.

Take free interactive MaaS360 courses, follow a guided learning path based on your role, earn a badge, or just watch our how-to videos to learn the ins-and-outs of our products. The following blog, walks you through your training options.
