 Unable to Create Developer Portal in IBM API Connect (Trial Version)

Hi everyone,

I am currently using IBM API Connect (trial version) and I’m unable to find or create the Developer Portal in API Manager.

When I try to create the Developer Portal, I encounter an error. I have attached a screenshot of the error for reference.

Could anyone please clarify:

  • Is this due to missing configuration or permissions?
  • Is the Portal Service unavailable in the trial version?
  • How can I enable or access the Developer Portal?

Any guidance would be really helpful.

@Malindu Herath, This seems to be a problem during provisioning. Could you please try to create the portal now. It should be working now

Hi @Malindu Herath, This seems to be a delay with tenant registration completion during provisioning. Could you try creating the portal again. It should be working now.
