I have recently created a new IBM account, to be able to opt for a free trial version of Aspera on Cloud (14 days). After completing the sign up, I see the product in the dashboard page, in the offerings tab. But I'm not able to access the free trail that I signed up for, since the status says "Activation in progress": https://www.ibm.com/products/aspera#trial. Reaching out to the support, I have been adviced to ask the community for what I can do to unblock myself here. Any help would be of great help to me. Thank you !
