Hi!

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I am seeking assistance regarding an urgent billing and account access issue.

I originally signed up for an IBM Cloud free trial for a university project. After completing the project, I believed I had deleted my account and would not incur any further charges, as I did not actively use any paid services.

However, I was later charged approximately $1,500. I have already opened a support case (CS4489661) regarding this issue.

The main complication is that my account has been deactivated, and I am unable to log in to the Support Center or follow up on the case directly. This has made it difficult to track updates or communicate with the appropriate team.

At this point, I would greatly appreciate any help in regaining temporary access to my account or direct help in reviewing and resolving the billing issue associated with my support case.

I am happy to provide any verification or additional details required.

Despite the situation, I want to emphasize that I still have a positive view of IBM Cloud. I would genuinely like to continue using the platform once I am in a better financial position, and I am looking forward to being part of the IBM community moving forward!

When you get another Cloud account be sure to set "Dollar Amount Thresholds"

Go to: Cloud. IBM > Log In > Manage > Billing and Usage > > Spending and Notifications

Setting thresholds does not inactivate the account, once you reach the threshold you set, you will get an email.

Best of Luck!
