 This should be elementary, but have provided all details below for the answer I genuinely need.

  • Our current setup is:
    • We now have an ITXA server in the DEV environment.
    • We also have a DB2 database configured.
  • We need a working URL that connects to the ITXA server in DEV, rather than a localhost-based URL.

Current Issue

  • During testing, we attempted to replace localhost in the URL with the IP address of the DEV ITXA server.
  • This approach was expected to provide the required URL, but it is not working.
  • We need advice on what could possibly be missing.
  • Network / Port Validation
  • Port 9080 has already been opened for Co-Enterprise.
  • Port 9080 is the HTTP port.
  • The port is confirmed to be open on the server.
