I know IBM used to run the IBM Enlightenment series which was a mix of IBM presentations and customer presentations every month from 2012-2018. These used to be accessible via link, then they got moved to another platform. Mark Kovich was the one I would contact from IBM but he recently retired and I'm looking for where these currently exist as I'd like to rewatch a few of them and provide as resources to my team members.
